Creating awarness and building communication tools for couples and partners.
Using the Birkman Method Personal Style Profile we provide a forum where couples and partners can learn to communicate in a non judgmental and positive way. Reducing stress and improving relationships.
This workshop brings teams or working groups together to understand each other’s style, needs and stress behavior. It focuses on the impact versus the intent of an individual’s style on others in the group. There is also work on how to support the other person’s needs and reduce stress in relationships
This workshop uses existing issues and challenges faced by the team to identify the focus and values of a team in real time. Trust, a non-judgmental language for dealing with conflict, processes for reaching commitment and accountabilities are established. Ongoing support for integration of this process into the daily operation of an organization is also available.
Drawing on writings by Lencioni, Pink, Collins, Goleman and others, we offer a comprehensive 12 to 18 month program to develop Organizational Health for any organization. The program begins with the creation of an effective and cohesive leadership team. Using the Birkman Assessment Instrument and models from Emotional Intelligence and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, we develop vulnerability based trust and the other tools necessary to move from a working group to a real team.
With the team developed, we work through a process to develop clarity around Purpose, Values, Mission, and Strategic Anchors for the organization. This is a facilitated process where the skills developed as a team allow intense interaction and true buy in and accountability.
With clarity established about the organization we identify a “Thematic Goal” for the team to move the company forward incrementally while reinforcing the Team they have created. Part of this process is identifying roles and responsibilities through asking each executive to build their own position description against a template they all agree with. We support the identification of behavioral competencies which are aligned with the values and mission.
Part of the learning is how to cascade communication about what has been agreed upon and learned in this meeting. The team reaches agreement about what will be communicated as well as when and by whom. The goal is sharing the information seven times within a month in person or by phone.
Over the next 12 to 18 months we reinforce the clarity through supporting alignment of internal processes and policies with the values, mission and strategic anchors. We have affiliates with expertise in every part of the Human Asset part of a business to support, coach or do some of the work.
Additionally, we provide 360 feedback programs and coaching to align the behavior of individuals with the values and competencies they have identified in their position descriptions. This part of the process includes executive coaching for individuals and team coaching for the leadership team.
Where necessary we can also provide various level of leadership skill training and support.

Our coaching engagements include a thorough grounding in your Personal Style through the Birkman Method Profile, feedback from your leader, peers, direct reports and other key stakeholders, and the development of a goal and issue oriented Individual Development Plan (IDP). We coach you on a regular basis and are available as thought partners throughout the engagement. We enroll your leader in the coaching process against the IDP. Most engagements are a minimum of 12 – 18 months.
